Jennifer Worhle is the Program Administrator at the Institute for Advanced Media. Since 2013 Jennifer Worhle has managed an assortment of career services functions with IAM ranging from recruiting to employment/internship opportunities, career development workshops, guest speaker invites, and the day to day operations.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Television and Radio Production from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) in Old Westbury, NY. Since graduation, she has followed a varied career path involving broadcasting, placement services, and education. Jennifer is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).
Throughout Jennifer’s career, she has consistently delivered the highest level of service while assisting hundreds of professionals on their quest for a fulfilling career. Jennifer is driven to create opportunities for success by uncovering latent human needs and integrating them in ways that bring meaning and inspiration to the individuals she serves. “The most satisfying aspect is having the privilege to be a part of and witness students’ development, they inspire me to become a better version of myself,” she says.
Outside of IAM Jennifer practices Bikram, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. She enjoys most outdoor activities, museums, reading, and quality time with family and friends. Jennifer volunteers for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves (ESGR) and also helps high school students in the Jr. Apprentice program (partnered with Bulkeley High School) offering career guidance and resume assistance.
