Robert Hunt is a Newman’s Own Foundation Fellow at Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network.
Selected as Newman’s Own Foundation Fellow in 2017, Robert has dedicated his time at CPBN’s education department to focus on growing and improving the Thinkalong program. Robert has conducted research and developed learning modules designed to help engage middle school students and teachers alike on relevant societal topics like artificial intelligence, literary censorship, and diplomatic isolationism. Robert also works as technical support for Journalism & Media Academy classes, and serves as a production assistant for various CPBN productions including the Off the Menu series.
Robert received his B.A. in Communication with a minor in English and a certificate in Film Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to starting at CPBN, Robert worked in the retail industry, as a freelance documentarian, and as an academic tutor to student athletes. He enjoys reading, cooking, and playing basketball.
